Valo has shifted from building and selling its own electric foiling watercraft (direct-to-consumer/individual product model) to providing modular hydrofoil systems as a technology supplier for boatbuilders (B2B). This is a clear change in the target customer, from end-users to industry partners, representing a market pivot.
