Copilot for truckers

AI workers for logistics operations

Full description — before

We help truckers cut delivery times, increasing productivity and adding much needed capacity to the freight industry. We do this by building autonomy software that tag-teams with human drivers. Conventional trucks drive ~120K miles/ year. Trucks with our tech can hit more than 190K miles/ year.

Supadock builds AI workers for logistics operations. In freight, every call, document, and signature exists to prove diligence — not just save time. Check calls, proof-of-delivery reconciliations, ID verification, and invoice audits all ensure compliance, reduce liability, and protect margins. Supadock automates these high-accountability workflows while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction. Our AI agents use cameras, voice, email, and document processing to handle tasks like verifying driver IDs, coordinating warehouse entry, assigning shipments to carriers, checking freight status, reconciling pickup and delivery paperwork, and following up on late invoices.

Summary

Supadock pivoted from building autonomy software for trucks (augmenting drivers to increase miles driven) to building AI workers that automate back-office and coordination tasks in logistics. The product and value proposition have changed fundamentally from physical vehicle tech to digital automation of compliance and paperwork processes.
