Palace (palace.so) plans, coordinates, and executes daily back-office work for trucking fleets. By automating the manual decisions that consume planning, dispatch, and CSR teams (assigning loads, managing appointments, communicating updates, and resolving exceptions) carriers can increase revenue-per-driver while running leaner teams. Leeds and Derek have been building together as close friends for over six years. The team have been early PMs/engineers at exited startups and decacorns and worked on the algorithms behind Amazon’s robotic logistics systems.
Palace changed from an AI board observer for private market investors (serving PE funds and portfolio monitoring) to a daily operations automation tool for trucking fleets, which is a completely different product, customer, and market. This is a full pivot with no meaningful connection between the old and new businesses.
