The company changed from a universal API specifically for tax document extraction (solving a tax-data automation problem) to a general AI-powered platform for building integrations with systems that lack APIs. Although both involve APIs and integrations, the new focus is on solving a much broader integration problem, not just for tax data. This is a substantial expansion and shift in their core product/value proposition.
