The company shifted focus from automating industrial tasks like palletizing and sorting (logistics/warehousing use cases) to solving broader problems including autonomous defense and scientific R&D (entirely new markets and applications). The core AI/robotics DNA is present, but the target market and scope have fundamentally shifted beyond supply chain automation.
