Dropback is building front office software for the future of college sports. We help major athletic departments manage their teams' "salary caps" and roster limits to construct their most competitive rosters. Dropback shifts from a fan-driven recruiting/pledging marketplace (B2C/consumer) to a B2B SaaS product for college athletic departments managing rosters and compensation. The product shifts from enabling fan participation in recruiting to back-office operations for athletic admins. This is a significant market and customer pivot, though both are focused on college sports post-NIL.
