Today they piece this together from org charts, Notion docs, spreadsheets, Slack, and memory and then redo it every time something changes.
This is a full pivot: the company changed from a cloud coding agent workspace for software teams to an organizational mapping tool for founders/operators. They moved from a developer automation product to an operations/org chart product—completely unrelated markets, customers, and problems.
